A lot of people seem to think the Lakers, but I can't see it if he still wants to win rings. Even with LeBron + another max contract they're not in a position to compete for championships.

I think Boston would be the best choice. We've seen what Stevens can do without star power the past two years. Add a player like LeBron and watch out. They would need to get rid of someone to have the space, maybe Hayward. A lineup of Irving/Brown/Tatum/LeBron/Horford? Yes please. If Kyrie doesn't want to play with LeBron then send him out and keep Hayward. I imagine Danny Ainge will at least try getting him this summer. I don't see Houston working very well either. They would need to gut their roster to add him, and Chris Paul seems to get hurt every year. I could see Simmons and LeBron working because he's said that he wants to play more off the ball moving forward. The big question mark there is if Embiid could stay healthy.

I had a helluva time watching LeBron this year. He had a postseason for the ages and I'll never forget it. There's no denying that the Warriors are an all-time great team, no shame in losing to them. Now off to free agency to see if LeBron can create a team that can knock them off.

(2019) SG Armaan Franklin to IU

Is Newman supposed to visit sometime soon? I saw that he's considering prep school. I also remember hearing (on here I think) that the word is Franklin is more likely to go to a school like Xavier than an IU, but idk if that's still the case.

(2019) SG Armaan Franklin to IU

I think TJD will be a two year player. I expect Brooks to only be in college one year since he's got the athleticism and "potential" that scouts drool over.

(2019) SG Armaan Franklin to IU

Itd be pretty risky, but I too would take a class with two 5 star recruits.
  7. They won their first 3 rounds.

(2019) PF Trayce Jackson-Davis to INDIANA

If he doesn't come it's not that big of a deal. We'll find someone else.

Two most unlikeable players I've watched in any sport. I really don't know how players have resisted swinging at them for so long.

Oh well. I expected the Cavs to get embarrassed in a blowout, so it could be worse. Some questionable calls down the stretch and an all-time dumb play by JR. Even Skip Bayless is tired of the Warriors act.

I can't even explain my emotions on that. Dude had a wide open layup too. You'd think the score would be the last thing you'd need to tell a professional player at the end of the game. Live by the Pipe, die by the Pipe

Lmaoooooooo. Somehow you find a way to blame LeBron for literally everything. You're such a loser dude.
  13. I would much rather lose them to schools like Kentucky or Duke. We're just not on that level yet, so if a kid picks them then we know why.. What really sucks is when we lose them to schools at our level or below. That's when I start wondering what's wrong with IU. Paul Scruggs to Xavier sucked. Kris Wilkes to UCLA sucked. Romeo to Vandy would have sucked. If Brooks goes to Kentucky it would still suck, but I wouldn't be as upset about it.

(2019) PF Trayce Jackson-Davis to INDIANA

Unless you can see inside of his brain you have no way of knowing this. For all we know he could've been dead set on leaving until yesterday evening.

Every time something happens you get on here and say "X was never going to happen". You did it with Romeo, Juwan and now this. You don't know, you're just guessing.

Juwan Morgan RETURNING For Senior Season

The team does hot yoga as part of their training. Would he tell their instructor that he's leaving before he announces it? Idk, maybe not, but I'm not sure why it'd be funny if he did.

If LeBron loses to Houston in the finals and then joins them in free agency then that'll be soft and similar to what Durant did.

Durant is also a keyboard warrior though.. Do you at least think him making fake social media accounts to argue with middle schoolers is soft?

My post didn't say anything about LeBron, yet you still bring him up. If LeBron James was never born Durant going to the team that he blew a 3-1 lead against would still be soft.
  20. Hoosierfan2017

    NBA Thread

The biggest reason why Durant going to Goldem State is soft is that he just blew a 3-1 lead against them weeks before. I don't expect to change your mind, but the 2nd best player in the world joining up with the team that just beat him is very weak to me.

What? They're all career role players. Next are we going to hear about how LeBron and Durant's supporting casts are "essentially the same"? Keep in mind that the league average for PER is 15.0.

His workload is a thousand times heavier than Durant's. Lebron just played all 48 minutes and put up 35/15/9 in his 100th game of the season. He made the finals with a starting lineup of George Hill, JR Smith, Jeff Green, and Tristan Thompson. We'll see what Durant does in game 7 with Klay Thompson, Steph Curry and Draymond Green in his starting lineup.
