Not tonight. This team has a couple of kids who are legit D-1 types. 39-22 at halftime. McNeeley with 6. Hasn’t shot great, but floor game has been impeccable. The kid can really play. 

I guess they’re trying to make Montverde’s game tonight a little more interesting by spotting the opponent a couple of points.

If you had a dollar for every time we start with some derivation of “The Hysterics were a bit cringey….” you’d have that Battle for Atlantis trip covered.

I am so gonna stand and applaud at tip-off. No one deserves to lose that one.

Made a catch on, I believe, his 1st basket, that was just awesome and he made it look like no big deal. There may not be a better physical trait in HS basketball than Derik Queen’s hands. That kid catches everything.

In the back to back with Philly his asst/to was 32 to ZERO. Never heard of such a thing. 

Hope he will be able to survive on this ... 

I’m feeling a solution to our problem. A&M could use a serious dose of #LEO. But, seriously, how much substantively worse would CTA be in College Station than Kliff freaking Kingsbury? Has anyone ever gone farther doing less?

Definirely a much higher caliber of opponent but Montverde defeated Huntsville (AL) 78-51.  Rough shooting night for Liam finishing with only 6p and just 1-6 on 3s.  But he added 6r; 4a; 1b.  Queen 12p; 3r; 5a; 1s.  Both played approximately 20 min.
Derik had a sweet wrap around pass in the lane to a teammate for an easy layup and in addtion to his stat line, he also grabbed the mop and mopped sweat off the floor at one point in the game.

2024 EYBL schedule 

As a open wheel racing fan for over 65 years, I agree completely. I watched F1 quite a bit back when n Micheal Andretti was racing there.  Jim Clark was one of my favorite drivers of all time. But these days, I don't even know what they are doing. Strategy racing is not racing to me. Sorry for going off topic but I see a sport I really loved being ruined. Kinda like college sports.
