Its flawed. He has mostly ignored the wide out position. Same goes for the defensive secondary to an extent as well. And I don't even know if its worth getting into QB stuff with him anymore. Plus putting as much emphasis on the interior of the lines is questionable I think his scouting team is great at identifying talent. He just seems to not put it un all the right places.

How do people feel about Ballard? I've always been a big Ballard guy. But I really question his philosophy on roster construction. I still think his team is great at evaluating draft talent. No thanks. He was bad this year. Is just getting older. He just came from a situation where the offensive line can't pass protect and ours sucks at it too. Plus he had better receiving options there than here. JT is one of the best 2 backs in the league with being one of the 5 best skill position players in the league. Plus he is only 22. You'd be bringing Russ into a situation with no offensive talent, little assets to get weapons, and giving up the best player on the team.
