Honestly I don't have a problem with the rule. Too many players are going for SC Top 10 hits that it is extremely dangerous. That being said, you can tell when someone is "targeting" and when they are just trying to make a good play and hit. I had a feel big hit was going to = targeting in ref's minds. It's a damn shame.
