Two things come to mind from the videos in that link. One, I really like this kid's game. Two, that HBA court is atrocious. I'm sure it makes a nice home court advantage, considering all visiting squads would get lost in the endless web of lines on the hardwood. Jeez.

Noah Clowney is just such a good fit for exactly what we need going forward: A long, high motor, quick big who can play outside. Feels like Durr and Duncomb can fill the big role of the banger, and Clowney can immediately slide into TJD’s spot. I also LOVE the clear indication that Noah is the only 22 big we are pursuing. Feels like we’re waiting for the inevitable good news.

Nothing. Nothing at all. Half the folks around here could could have produced this. 2 things: 1) It’s easy to occasionally lose site of just how much more invested in, and sophisticated about, this stuff the IU fan base is than almost any other .I don’t know if Clowney’s visit was underwhelming or not, but I’m pretty confident that random Va Tech fans weren’t chanting his name in restaurants. 2) With guys like Mike Schumann and his contemporaries putting out great stuff pretty much non-stop, our access to information is just on a different level. It really is true, when IU basketball is hot they’re really isn’t anything like it.

Not to commit. But think that 4-hour drive home from Blacksburg tomorrow could involve some interesting family discussion. Feeling real good right now about this one.

I can't find his tweet but yesterday I saw a tweet from Jeremy Price that IUWBB was pursuing '22 PG Paulina Paris who had previously committed to Penn State but had since re-opened her recruitment. He included a picture of Paulina standing wth Coach Moren. She attends Saddle River Day HS in Saddle River, NJ. ESPN rates her as a 4-star recruit and #46 in the nation. Walt Bellamy deserves a mention. I don't remember much about that team, but Bellamy made a memorable impression with his size and agility. Over the years, there have been so many great players who I liked for different reasons. My overall favorite is probably Isaiah Thomas. He was an assassin with a smile.

I've seen a couple people trash Reed on this site -- kinda disappointing to me. He was one tough kid, and while he was in B-town, gave everything he had. I still don't quite understand what turned Knight against him. My guess is that at one point or another, RMK tells pretty much all players they need to transfer. They're supposed to beg to be able to stay, and RMK then decides to keep them on. It's part of the game away from the game one needed to play while RMK was here. But after 3 years of all you have to endure to play for him, Neil probably decided he'd had enough -- and so he called the bluff and said: OK, it is time to get out of here. And obviously, that didn't sit well with RMK.

Oh, and in his short stay OG Anunoby was so freaking awesome!
