What an incredibly bad call.

Women leave Penn State in their dust and win 85-64 scoring 52 points in the second half. 3 standout performers. Berger with the triple double: 15 pts. (13 in 2nd half); 10 reb; 12 assts. Patberg with her best game of the season: 24 pts (10-13 FG); 2 reb; 6 assts. Holmes 27 pts. (11-13 FG and a new career high in pts); 6 reb; 5 blks. As a team they shot 51% FG; 85% FT and a miserable 22% on 3s mostly due to Cardaño-Hillary just 1-9. Comments made towards the end of the game suggest Penn may be out for some time and is scheduled for an MRI on Monday. Team returns to Bloomington to host Wisconsin on Sunday at 4:00.

Good to see Leal getting some confidence to actually shoot the ball. We need him.

Getting really sick of the wasted possessions at the end halfs/games. Waiting until 7 seconds to get into a “play” is beyond dumb. So far it’s got a 3% success ratio and that’s only because even though I don’t remember it ever working this season, I’m sure it’s worked at least once

Every one of the starters get a personal foul once the PA announcer calls their name.

It'd be nice to have another rotation guy, esp. one that earns some respect from 3 to space the floor.

Phinisee contributes very little. Lander is pressing too hard. If we had had a normal pre-conference season he would have had time to settle into it. The real problem is that Archie is probably the worst coach in the Big Ten. So IU starts out with a big handicap in every game it plays.

Why are we giving our worst playmaking guard the ball in a 1-4 PnR? Good grief that was horrid.

End of 3 and with a strong third quarter upped our lead to 60-50. Patberg 22 pts; Holmes 21. Berger 6 reb; Gulbe 5. Berger now with 11 assists. Patberg and Holmes are a combined 16-20 FG. Patberg now with a season high in points. Cardaño-Hillary can't buy a basket and is just 1-8 on 3s.
