A portion of this fan base spent the last decade complaining because we wouldn’t “play$$$” the game. Now we have fans upset that we are winning the NIL game. “Just throwing money around”! Yea that is how it works now and I’m glad we are throwing some muscle around.

I feel like this has happened before. We pretty much know we have a guy in the bag, someone hears another school is about to get involved, and then boom, they announce their commitment to us haha.

On the Ladies side not sure how much NIL schools are about, but some schools and several in big ten are getting some of the best impact players from transfer portal. It seems fluid and steady (kinda more easy). IU Ladies game time experience hoopla, attendance, and facilities have to be arguably one of the best. Then the integrity of T. Moren, staff, and players to one another = 0 IU players in transfer portal this year….. expect IU Ladies to get a couple players from the transfer portal = 13 player roster. (maybe at most 14)

Hoosiers win game #1 5-1. 8th win in a row and it assures us of no worse than a tie in the Governor's Cup competition. Copeland went the distance throwing a 2 hitter, walked 3, struck out 7. PUke scored it's lone run in the 1st and we responded with 3 of our own and never looked back. Women had 7 hits scattered across 7 different batters; 3 of the 7 were doubles. Benson 2 RBI. Game #2 scheduled to start at 7:30.

Some smart power conference AD is gonna hook that guy up and not have to worry about it again for 25 years.
