Indianapolis (Ind.) Cathedral linebacker Hugh Davis tells Boston College leads.

Defensive coordinator Jim Reid is in constant contact with the hard hitter from the Hoosier State.

"My relationship with the coaching staff, academics, emphasis on defense and I love the ACC," Davis said of what stands out about the Eagles.

Offered by Boston College in March, Davis will check the Eagles out on April 22 and could leave committed.

"It's a possibility for sure," Davis said before adding his target commitment date is mid to late May or early June.

Ranked by 247Sports as the nation's No. 54 outside linebacker and No. 9 recruit in Indiana, Davis also has offers from Cincinnati, Indiana and most of the MAC.
