He is at a community college in Odessa. Not going to happen, but what is the ruling when a kid goes to a JUCO, do they have to sit out? Theoretically, could a kid leave a team, enroll at a juco and then rejoin the team in the same year?

Just read an article from Indy star and its says that his charges were "dismissed without prejudice" so basically they let him slide correct?

Just means they aren't prosecuting. They're free to charge him later. Possibly a diversion program, I can't remember if that's how they appear in Indiana.
