Syracuse self-impose post season ban

Recommended Posts

What a scum-ball move by Boeheim. Penalize his current players, whom I'm sure would love to play in the ACC Tournament and even the NIT, just to hopefully save his own butt later. I'm sure some of his freshmen might not have committed if they knew this going in.

Not that I was a big fan anyways, but just lost any ounce of respect I might have had for Boeheim.

My understanding this was an Admin decision, and they informed Boeheim.

With Syracuse and NC combined we now know what the ACC is all about. Oh, and Winston and FSU football put the sacred ACC on the upstanding, academic pedestal they all belong. I'm not saying the Big is all clean since we still have Ohio State, but the level of cheating is to the point of almost surpassing the SEC. I never thought I would say that. Academics use to set them apart, but the complete sham classes at UNC makes the SEC ivy league. Plus failed drug tests and still playing? Boeheim has always cheated and our victory 25+ years later still tastes sweet knowing that whole Syracuse team and most that followed cheated.
