RPI & SOS

Why does Crean schedule all the cupcakes and no away road games until Nebraska ?
You would think they would have-learned after last year you need quality road wins to make dance.
They are paying for it already with 133 rpi and sos around 200. Empty calorie wins ?

Why does Crean do it? Higher win total=job security.

Cue the "everyone schedules like this nowadays" crowd.

And less win pressure come conference time. I mean, if you think you need 20 wins to make it to the Tourney and have to go through the Big Ten you can't blow all your available losses in the first half of the year.

Though, I think we'd survive with more teams around 100.

It would be nice if we played a more competitive non conference. I'm not sure on the process of scheduling though. with the crossroads classic thing for instance, Looks like the Athletic departments make a lot of those decisions.

Why did you start 2 threads on the same thing?

You quoted me and made a comment and I replied that no one said that.

Said what? I have no idea what you're talking about. No one said there was a wrong way to eat a pizza? I said it, I'm someone.

I quoted you and said it with the implication you were eating in a wrong way. If I drank a hoppy stout and said "I wasn't convinced that a stout could taste like an IPA" would you tell me that no one said that a stout could taste like an IPA? Or would you understand that to mean "This stout tastes like an IPA and I find that surprising"?
