Beat Pitt by 5, maybe the team to beat in the Southland

Not surprising. Pitt even after beating FSU isn’t going to be a very good team this year. Their best days may just be behind them. I don’t believe a move to the ACC was their best choice.
Honestly, Pitt, UConn, Notre Dame, Cuse and evening UofL should have just went and picked up 5 other so-so schools and made their own conference.

Serious question: Has there been a change of emphasis for this year on block/charge calls that de-emphasizes squared up contact? I’ve seen at least a half dozen charges called so far where the driver has caught the defender at an angle without the defender being set. Just saw 2 in 5 mins in the PU-UT and SLU-Valpo games. They look like obvious blocks.
