TJ Leaf dropped 21 & 9 in his first game with UCLA in Australia. Lonzo Ball went for 9 points & 4 assists. Bruins won by 47.

TJ Leaf was one of the dream recruits.

Alford has no problem getting talent in there, he just can't seem to get them anywhere

I know it makes more sense for them to switch to quarters, but I dunno. I like two halves. Puts more emphasis on momentum IMO

I feel the same way. I like the 2 halves but with HS and Pro being 4 quarters I think the switch is only a matter of time.

I'm torn on this as well.I like how it's unique to college basketball. Moving to quarters has it's benefits (less timeouts for one), but college basketball loses a bit more of it's niche in the process.

I don't mind 4 quarters. It's good to get in line with high school and pro ball. It provides more tv commercials for the almighty $$$. All that said, I don't want college ball turning into the NBA lite anymore than it is. I really hope they focus more on traveling and keep the continuation rule down. If NCAA turns into star treatment, and 1s for all, and ignore when the ball handler stops dribbling and ticks the ball I'll be out. There's still a small bit of pureness in college ball.

My only wish is that we could limit the amount of media timeouts. Watching any college game gets ruined by so many tv timeouts

Yes, the media timeouts create flow, problems, but it aids us to see the games. It pays the broadcast fees.
