I don't understand why that was called a technical instead of a flagrant (not saying that it should've been a flagrant, just that it would've made more sense than a T). That happened another time in this series too.

Because it's "after the play" ... flagrant happens only "during the play"

He definitely does. But Nate needs to leave him in. This is a game 7. Lebron is likely going to play most if not all of the game. Vic can too

The refs can't let him be a star or else they might accidentally let the wrong team win

So Lebron is likely to leave Cleveland next year. Philly players seem to not really want him to come. If he stays in the East, I don't see Boston being a fit and I am not sure he goes to Canada.

Then you have the Bird comments this week about how he loves watching Lebron play. Granted Bird is now only a consultant but might the Pacers be a good home for Lebron?
