Great, the playoff is now gonna have 3 GED teams and either FSU or Oklahoma.

I mean if Oregon was actually as good as people makes them out to be every year wouldn't they be able to make it through their schedule without losses like this? I've never really bought into the hype around them personally

Me either overhyped every single year. Flashy uniforms and flashy offense but no defense.

Darrell Hazel, in his 2nd season, got his first Big Ten win today as Purdue beat Illinois.

Last year, Tim Boeckman, in his 2nd season, got his first Big ten win by beating Purdue.

Those are two very, very bad football programs.

That's beautiful symmetry.

I caught some ESPN highlights toward the end of Mississippi State/Texas A&M. They were talking about how A&M was going to lose, but since it's early October and the loss is in the SEC West they've still got a decent shot at the playoff. It was 48-17 at the time. Gotta love the ESPN/SEC relationship.

If they said that about ATM, what kind of PR campaign are they gonna run for Bama?

Michigan goes down again as Rutgers storms the field... What about IU's chances up there in 3 weeks in Ann Arbor?

I got this feeling, we kill MSU's fraying hopes... Then go too Ann Arbor and do the unthinkable

I'm worried we catch UM for their "circle the wagons to save Hoke's job" game and they come out and trounce us. That's just the years and years of losing taking it's toll on my optimism though. Every time I get excited for a big game we crap the bed, so I'm going to try to stay pessimistic about our chances and see if my karma can turn things around for once!
