Prediction League Game 1 (Week 1) IU vs Chicago St (11/08/13)

Hey Folks....for those who are BTB originals, I run a fun Prediction League (both Football and Basketball). 

 

How does this work? It's a simple concept:

Each week start with 100 pts (only if a prediction is made, otherwise 0 points for the week)
+25 PTs if you guess the winner
-25 PTs if you pick the loser
+10 PTs if guess IU score correctly
+10 PTs if guess Opponent score correct
-The # of points different between the actual and predicted score of IU (over/under doesn't matter)
-The # of points different between the actual and predicted score of opponent (over/under doesn't matter)

 

Please always post IU's score first regardless of outcome.

 

The person with the most points (MINUS 2 LOWEST GAMES) at the end of the season wins.

 

For Example:
Jaybob chooses Chicago St (it's Jaybob...you just never know!) to win 55-60. But IU wins 75-60 Here is how Jaybob's score would be calculated:
100 (beginning pts)
-25 (picked the loser)
+10 (picked CSUs score correctly)
-20 (IU scored 75, he picked 55)

-0 (CSU scored 60, he picked 60)

65 Jaybob's score for the week

 

With that being said, posting your score in this thread will get you a spot in the game. Any score up to posted game time will be accepted. I always try to get the League updated/posted by Sunday nights (league results updated once a week...even when multiple games are played in a week) and I will post the results in a separate 'Results' thread.
