A 2013 JUCO SF that decommitted from Marquette the other day. Had an offer from us. I haven't seen our name attached since he left,but you never know.

 

Jameel McKay, who was one of the top junior college players last season at Indian Hills CC, recently announced that he was leaving the Marquette Men’s Basketball program a few weeks before their first game. McKay, a 6-8 forward, was ranked as the #3 prospect in our 2013 JucoRecruiting.com Top 100 Player Rankings, is an extremely active rebounder on both ends of the floor and is able to score the ball around the rim effectively. He averaged 17.8 points and 10.5 rebounds per game last year at Indian Hills.

 

McKay announced his departure via Twitter two days ago and has picked up heavy interest from high majors throughout the U.S. quickly. McKay has informed us that he is hearing from Arizona, Oklahoma, Arizona State,  UNLV,  Arkansas, Florida, Wichita St., Miami, Minnesota, Louisville, Iowa State, San Diego State, Memphis and Tennessee.
