I'm not Pap and I can't answer your question, exactly, but a Peegs stock watch earlier this month indicated that if Scruggs didn't commit in the week after the Xavier visit, and especially if he took other visits, that those were good signs for IU.

Really interesting... I guess MSU and IU having other guards lined up for OVs is weighing on PS. I guess he's not a lock for X just yet.

For some reason that's been key for me. If we get him on an OV I like our chances, even though he's visited a thousand times before.

Well let me dream that both Wilkes and Scruggs take OVs and then commit around HH!

IU can only host so many for OVs in a class right? Ex. IU can't pay for top 25 recruits all to take OVs to Btown?

I said IU has been pushing for it since his visit plans came out. First I've seen Peterson say THEY were trying to schedule. We'll see if that's just lip service but idk why they would do that. If they "want" to schedule the OV, it'll be scheduled.

That would be another level of disrespect if it's just lip service. I feel a little better after his X OV and no commitment. They could be referring to Waters but also to the situation at MSU or X. I'm sure they saw after Ill got their PG commit that, while Scruggs is extremely tainted, there are other talented guards out there waiting to pull the trigger.

He may be looking to get some others interested, or more interested. I thought I read a Duke commit is playing there too

Not a big fan of this move, but whatever. It's looking more and more like Waters day by day. Hoping we can still get Wilkes.
