I had it 3-2 Jones but wouldn’t have argued much if someone said 3-2 Santos.

At the end of the day if it’s close you gotta make the champ submit or knock him/her out to take his/her belt. Santos is tough as nails tho.

RIP to Pernell "Sweetpea" Whitaker, who won an Olympic gold medal, at one time was the best pound-for-pound boxer in the world and might be the greatest defensive fighter of all time.

He's from Norfolk but was hit by a car and died in Virginia Beach, where I live. He never forgot about his roots, getting a few championship fights in the area -- and that's when a championship fight meant something.

I like this fight. Outside of Ferguson I don’t see too many people giving Khabib a fight at 155. Like you said Dustin looked great against Max. It’s all about TDD. I still look for Khabib to win. I will say 3rd round rear naked choke.

Damn Khabib is just so dominant. IMO he is more dominant than Jones was coming up. But that is subjective and I wouldn’t argue anyone feeling otherwise. Nobody in his division can stop him from doing exactly what he wants. Got lucky on the prediction though.

Big GGG fan, but man, did he look old and slow last night. I think he got totally screwed in both fights against Alvarez, and should be 2-0 instead of 0-1-1 against him, but if he had lost the decision to Derevyanchenko last night, I wouldn't have fussed. And that was with a two-point head start because of the first-round knockdown.

If he does get a third fight against Alvarez and performs like he did last night, he will either lose a lopsided decision (legit this time) or get stopped in the latter rounds. He's such a tough muther that I don't see necessarily Alvarez knocking him down or out, but I can see him getting battered so badly that by the 10th or 11th round, the ref just has to stop it.

Time catches up to us all, GGG. Either that, or something isn't working right. I'd recommend either going back to your old trainer -- or just hanging up the gloves. It's just too bad nobody wanted to fight you when you were at your best.
