Werdum did the smart thing in moving his training to México. He was there for like 2 months training and getting used to the altitude. I will still take Cain in a rematch.

Some miscommunication cause his team at the SHOOTO event said it hasn't been decided. He had to get a shot in the ribs and see how his ribs react over the next week. Mendes is preparing in case.

Pretty good fights last night. Amazing to see guys fade in their career.

Fedor, Noguiera, Vanderlei, BJ Penn, Arona, Machida, Liddell, etc...

List goes on and on. Some of those listed and non listed are related to steroids but regardless it is intriguing to follow fighters careers.

I f'ing hate the interim title but understand given how much they pushed McGOAT. Mendes is gonna try riding Connor all night long. Good fight but man. What could have been.
