Final score 17-2.  Hoosiers (7-3) pound out 16 hits only 1 of which was for extra bases.  PUke was gracious enough to commit 5 errors.  Barr 3-4; Fucci 5 RBI; Houston 3 RBI.  Brown took his warm-ups to start the second but then went to the dugout and Krueger pitched the 2nd and 3rd innings and picks up the win. Platt, Bothwell and Sloan also pitched and collectively PUke only got 5 hits.  

This weekend is a 4-game home stand against San Diego.

I bet this had everything to do with basketball starting soon and wanting to get people out so they can get the lot open for that. I'm sure they agreed beforehand that if it were a blowout they would end it around 6 to get ready for basketball.

I can almost guarantee if basketball had not been involved they were playing 9 regardless.
