Amateur opinion, but it feels similar to changing the 'system'. Being stubborn for stubborn's sake doesn't help when you're trying to make a tourney. It'd be excusable in the 1st year trying to 'change the culture' but in the 3rd year, you have to realize that things have to change in the moment.

One thing I hope these guys are learning by watching PSU (and that's a we've pretty much been doing for the past 10 minutes -- watching), just because you're down by 18, 19, 20 on the road doesn't mean you can't get back in it. When that happens to us on the road, we quit.
