NOTES

Indiana will go for the season sweep of the Golden Gophers on Saturday and would be the first season sweep over the program since the 2000-01 season when it won all three meetings, including one in the Big Ten Tournament. The Hoosiers have won five of the last six against Minnesota dating back to the 2015-16 season.

IU took the first meeting of the two teams at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall on Jan. 27 behind a double-double from sophomore guard Grace Berger, who put up 25 points and 11 rebounds.

The Hoosiers are coming off a six-day break after falling to Ohio State at home on Sunday.

Redshirt junior guard Ali Patberg was named to a CoSIDA Academic All-District District 5 honoree on Thursday. She holds a 3.71 GPA in finance in IU's Kelley School of Business and earned the selection for the second-straight season.

Patberg is currently leading the way for IU currently with 14.0 points and 5.5 assists per game. She's one of four in double figures with Berger (13.0 ppg.), junior guard Jaelynn Penn and freshman forward Mackenzie Holmes (11.0 ppg. each).

So yet another game not televised for me. But it looks from the gamecast that Ali is the only one who brought her game with her to the Barn huh? We started the season with such great balance and contributions from different girls. Penn and Wise have been really inconsistent from game to game.
