Since Duke lost and did not win the ACC regular season or tournament, do you think they will get a #1 seed in the NCAA tournament?

Couldn't agree more. They've been incredibly inconsistent, Plumlee is not the POY candidate everyone thought he was earlier in the year. I see duke getting dropped in the round of 32, sweet 16 at the latest. But Coach K is a fantastic coach so who knows.
