Man, we're awesome...8 turnovers and there's still two minutes until halftime. Yesterday I read an article about Virginia that said they had "an uncharacteristic 8 turnovers in the first half."

 

What I wouldn't give to have 8 turnovers be uncharacteristic for us...

That was a clean block by Arkansas. Soft play by juwan. Just my opinion though. Those of you upset that Romeo isn’t playing, just shut up and quit crying about it. I don’t blame him one bit for not playing. IU is playing in the Not Invited Tournament!! It means absolutely nothing at the end of the day! Nothing! Just extra practice for next season

Dakich is right about that foul on Smith being on Green. You can’t give that ball to Smith unless he has a straight line finish. He can’t process on the move. Just can’t.

Believe they are dead wrong on why Morgan shot free throws there.  Believe the rule in the NIT is that you shoot free throws on the second foul in the last two minutes of a half.

Exactly. He's slower because he has to process the situation. Hence he just runs people over like a Mack Truck

Just to take the human element out of it (as far as starting the clock the instant the ball is touched), there should be a rule that if there's .7 of a second or less left, the only thing you can do is tip the ball. You cannot catch and shoot the ball in .6 seconds. It's not humanly possible.

If you have to handle someone with kid gloves so much that you can't pass it to him twenty-two feet from the rim because he's going to run over somebody at the rim, then that guy shouldn't be on the court.  I'm not putting that on Green.
