I don’t mind some of his commentary but the segment with the cameraman showed  (once again) that he always tries to make it about him, even when the story was supposed to be about the cameraman.

As I watch this game and virtually every other in the Big, Indiana just gets pushed around. It’s not like we don’t push back or grab or hold; we just get called for them. It’s respect to me and Archie, Crean, nor Davis get or got any. There was s time we used to always do the pushing and got respect. Why doesnt Archie go get him some?

I don’t mind listening when he’s on the call. He breaks offensive sets down well. Gives you an idea of what the play is trying to find. Don’t like when he attacks a player though. That I’d like to throat punch him for. When he went on and on with the “Jimmy Buckets couldn’t guard a chair” nonsense. I was embarrassed for the kid. Right or wrong, I lost a lot of respect for Dan that day.
