Would another year even be worth it? If he still can't get on the court now with how shorthanded we are, then maybe he just isn't very good.

Also, I haven't sorted this out in my head yet. With us being so bad from 3 (outside of Al), how do we not constantly snag long rebounds like every other NON-bad 3 point shooting team?
