I might have posted this earlier, but I saw a stat a week or so ago that after the avg number of foreign players and the avg number of seniors drafted, on avg there are only 34 draft slots for underclassmen.

It was one mother versus a board of know it alls telling her her son was a POS ruining the team and that he wasn’t going to achieve his dream. No way she was going to react properly or hold a civil and open discussion where we changed her mind about her own child.

You are right in many ways here but there is opinion and fact. It was the opinion of many that Troy would not make it in the pros. It was a fact he smoked pot as there are facts to support that, first hand accounts plus failed drug test. Some things are not really disputable and yet she wanted to dispute those things anyway

AND...a new thread on the Purdue board with Tamala Reed, Nojel Eastern's mom, going into full middle school insult mode with a bunch of Purdue fans.
If ever there was a primer on why Troy's mom was pulled from the board, this is it!
Read on - Eastern's mom's handle is "TReed1967"

The disappointing thing is they are discussing shutting down the free board on GBI due to this whole situation. I had to laugh when I heard that. They should have just booted her before it got out of hand.

There are some coherent posters on that board, but I’m not sure that they even have moderators.

They have 3 or 4. Heller being the most annoying one. He will tell you why you are stupid. His 40k posts in 20 years vs xxxx. Seriously that’s their main mod. They never booted anyone until this incident unless they were IU fans. They actually called out this board during that thread lol as a way to not seem so bad. Now they are on a roll and calling the free board users freeloaders because they are bitching. I have never posted on that board but I for sure always enjoyed GBI, RR, and HoP. Basically they had a season of expectations that ended bad and the reactions are getting to everyone.

Gold and Black and Rupp's Rafters have some of the best Schadenfreude  post-game reading an IU fan will ever see.

I do enjoy the IU sucks thread on RuppvRafters. They claim we are a has been but the fact that they even have a thread to try and put us down makes me believe they are nervous about what Archie can and is doing.

Oh I love that thread. They honestly post in it so much too haha
