The women play their only exhibition game of the season against Gannon on Monday at 7 pm.  Not a lot of info out there, but....

The Gannon women's basketball program returns 10 letterwinners and five Lady Knights who started at least 16 games from last season's 9-19 team. After a tough start, the Lady Knights won five of their last nine contests. Head coach Jim Brunelli will once again field a young team in terms of eligibility status with only two seniors on the 14-player roster. The program has advanced to the postseason 18 times during the last 20 seasons. Gannon enters the 2017-18 campaign 25th among all NCAA Division II programs in all-time victories (698).

Any thoughts on how D-II Gannon got on our schedule?  I know it's an exhibition game, but to bring in a school from Northwest Pennsylvania makes me wonder is there a connection between CTM and someone on the Gannon staff since no one on the Gannon roster has Indiana ties?   Purely a curiosity question.
