BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana men's tennis team wrapped up the ITA All-American Championships and are preparing for the Bobby Bayliss Invitational on the campus of Notre Dame.

In Tulsa, senior Keivon Tabrizi had a great tournament beginning in pre-qualifying. Tabrizi got a bye in the first round and then won his first match 6-3, 6-2 against Justin Ghavami from Samford. Playing two matches on Sunday, Tabrizi won them both in straight sets, one against a student from Oklahoma and one against Constandinos Christoforou of UNC Charlotte, moving him into the qualifying round.

In the qualifying round, Tabrizi beat Michael Geneder of Stanford, 6-3, 6-1, his fourth consecutive victory.

Also in the qualifying round, senior Raheel Manji took down No. 8 seed Strahinja Rakic of Mississippi State, 6-4, 6-3.

In South Bend, junior Afonso Salgado, sophomore's Zac Brodney, William Piekarsky, Payam Ahmadi and freshmen Brandon Lam and Andrew Redding will represent the Hoosiers. Lam and Redding will be making their first appearances at Indiana.

Last year, Salgado, Piekarsky, Ahmadi, and Brodney played in the tournament, all of them coming away with wins.

The tournament will run from Friday to Sunday, all matches beginning at 9 AM.
