We were without power for 7 days.  Damn, those were miserable hot days. We live just south of Gainesville.

I'm right about where you have been damage-wise. One tree down in the yard, went 48 hours without power, damn I feel fortunate that we were not permanently affected.

That's great news. We still don't have bread, milk or eggs at the grocery stores, but gas is available now. We all got very lucky. It sucked sleeping on my brother in law's foldout for a couple nights (mdn, how do you stand living in your mother's basement for so long?) so it's good to get back to semi normal.
