If he can develop like his dad at Clemson, he could be the rebounder and defensive big we desperately need. I called it on Damezi, I think TDJ is the first to pop for IU in his class.

I love TJD game and think he will be a Hoosier, as well, but his game is a lot different then his dad's. He is much more of a scorer.

His dad was a pretty good scorer at Clemson. 15.6 a game over his last three years while shooting over 55% from the field.

That's fair. But in the NBA he was much more of a defensive, rebounding, tough D type guy.

Yeah for sure. Heck, even if TJD just gave us his dad's NBA career averages that'd still be a huge boost for us. Does he play on the perimeter at all in high school?

Me-Does Trayce play much on the perimeter? Or strictly at post player as of now?

My buddy- This year we brought him outside a lot more.. he is great catching the ball at the top of the floor or pinch post and attaching the rim. He also would bring the ball up some for us.

He is great with his back to the basket though. Which is where a lot of his work is done. He has a mid range, but he loves getting to the rim.

Not yet. I watched him all year and only thing he shot was layups, dunks and around the basket. Free throws were only shot outside of the paint I saw him shoot. I look for him to work on outside shot going into senior year. He handled hit some out on perimeter but not enough to call it a strength

They are playing on the same AAU team this summer. That will be a fun team to watch
