We need to be far more than competitive.  Let the guy prove himself and work up the ladder a bit.  I can't think of a riskier proposition than hiring Fife.

Really Stu? I'd definitely give him a chance, but you don't think this would be Too much to handle? IPFW doesn't really count as a full 5 years to me.

Wouldn't be my first choice either, but I would take him before some of the other names I've heard!
