No way should he be let out of his LOI unless the coach has been fired. If not, the LOI is meaningless and Duke and Kentucky will shop among other committed players each spring when they know how many they sent to the NBA

Duke was always in play. He took an official there before he took an official to IU. Not sure of Arizona

I misinformed you. Duke offered him but he never took an official there, it was Kentucky and Kansas that he took official visits. Sorry Bailey

Waters has picked up 4 crystal balls for Western Kentucky, including from Jerry Meyer. Obviously IU do not have space to re recruit him, but WKU is not where I was expecting him to land.
