The Indiana University men's soccer team earned a victory over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in a shootout on Saturday night at the Shindigz National Soccer Festival in Fort Wayne, Indiana. With the victory, Indiana improves to an impressive 5-0 in the spring season.

In the shootout, the Hoosiers made quick work of the Fighting Irish thanks to three-straight conversions from Swartz, Mehl and Austin Panchot and three-straight saves from goalkeeper Sean Caulfield. The rising redshirt freshman was outstanding, not allowing UND to net one score in the shootout, earning the Hoosiers the victory.

The Indiana Hoosiers will be back in action on Friday, April 21 when the team will face Cincinnati in a spring match at Grand Park in Westfield, Ind. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. ET.
