It was only a matter of time. For some reason the rating sites don’t default to 5 star inside the top 25 but they always end up there…sometimes all the way up to the top 30

I remember when Feeney and another guy (can’t remember the name) had to sit for weeks due to concussions. Glad to see stuff like you mentioned cuts down on them significantly. I always felt like practice was were concussion issues were born due to repetition and the game incidents were more than likely a parlay to something that was already an issue.

I’m all for anything that keeps these guys 100% coming into the season

Hey Chris, was curious on your thoughts on these helmet pads the guys are all wearing in practice. I don’t remember these in past years. Do you know if they’ve cut down on preseason concussions?

I was told he transferred too late to qualify for instant eligibility so he needs an NCAA waiver, and the only way to get it is with IU’s sign off. I don’t have a way to confirm that though

Same with what Chris said…he didn’t not try in practice from what I heard but also didn’t go the extra mile which is absolutely required of any kid who wants to start for a team as good IU as an underclassmen. My comment was more centered around the fact that he hasn’t paid his dues yet to have this kind of mindset. Some 5 star kids have to wait 3-4 years to play at major programs.

I guess Ball St didnt want him….in all seriousness, if a kid expects to start as a freshman/sophomore after putting in zero work and showing mediocre ability, Purdue is a perfect fit for you

That really doesn’t tell us anything. If charges come down he’ll quickly be off the team. Pretty crazy that charges haven’t been brought against someone at this point. If it wasn’t Jaylin, he obviously knows who was driving his car

Patient on this…there’s a lot of big time programs that have yet to add major pieces to their class. That said, if we really can add Ramsey and Curry plus 3-4 more guys we should end up top 15 for sure

Agreed, I just saw a longer YouTube video that wasn’t just his highlighs. He can handle the ball well, and seems to dish effectively However, from what I watched he’s pretty weak on the defensive end and a very low motor…he’s gonna need to change that and as you pointed out, work on strength and explosiveness. Smaller guards were scoring over and around him in the paint with little to no resistance…that said, this is based on an incredibly small sample size. .

This kid seems wildly underrated…6’8, athletic, and can shoot the lights out. Haven’t seen enough tape to assess ball handling and passing but what am I missing?
