  2. Just did a quick google search... Indy Star announced Kyle Guy on 4/28 and Kris Wilkes on 4/27. So, 4/26 and 4/27 would fall in line with the previous two announcements.
  3. Jones' commitments bumps Illinois' class up 2 spots to 7th overall in the B1G ahead of Minnesota and Purdue.
  4. No worries. There are people who vouch for him, so time will show if he has the credibility or not.
  5. Hoosier Sports Nation. It was the old IU Scout board during the Davis/Sampson/early Crean years, too.
  6. It’s not from a premium forum

Wow. Darius Bazley chooses the G-League over Syracuse. https://sports.yahoo.com/projected-top-10-draft-pick-make-leap-high-school-g-league-193725979.html
  10. The one thing I'm not certain about is if he stayed at Dartmouth as a student this past year and had planned to transfer to Xavier as a grad transfer; or, if he transferred to Xavier this past season, sat out, and would've been eligible two years at X. Having two years immediately eligible suggests that he graduated from somewhere, but I don't know if he has a Dartmouth or Xavier degree. Interesting case...
  11. From Jeff Borzello: Dartmouth graduate transfer Evan Boudreaux has committed to Purdue, source told ESPN. Averaged 17.5 points and 9.5 rebounds in 2016-17, decommitted from Xavier when Chris Mack left for Louisville.
  12. Just reading his tweets, I would certainly agree with you and he doesn't seem to hide it...
  13. Someone sent this to me this morning to look at. Is Ryan Wheeler an asst at New Albany? If so, he had a few interesting tweets during that final exchange last night plus some back-and-forth. https://twitter.com/Wheelerallday For those with twitter, expand that bottom tweet and read the 30+ responses. He doesn't say specifically Romeo is going anywhere, but easily comes across as pro-IU and pro-Archie.
  14. https://basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/mcdonald-s-aa-game-prospects-predict-peers-college-decisions Interesting responses from two of the Kansas guys...
  15. Even if it was prioritization, shouldn't the staff have touched base and visited? Does this speak to where they feel they are with other recruits, or where they think they are with Watford?
  16. This has similar feel to when Holtmann started re-offering Indiana kids once he took over at OSU. It's new and fresh, but the dust will settle.
  17. It is. I've noticed it's mostly the old Scout guys who show up as VIP. But, you can look at the history and figure out who the pick usually is.
  18. I'm not sure if there is any new intel out there to justify switching a CB pick from Indiana to MSU, but looks like that happened yesterday. Just passing along...
  19. https://basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/romeo-langford-goes-in-depth-on-recruiting-at-mcdonald-s-all-american Paraphrasing on what stands out... Indiana: Coach Miller. Coach Schilling and the skill development guys he had at UCLA. Vanderbilt: Drewfus played in the league and runs a pro system. Kansas: History with big guards
  20. This is per Paul Biancardi’s appearance on Dakich’s radio show this afternoon

  22. I can't remember the exact progression, but wasn't it something like: ranked in the 80s, jumped to ~50, and now top 25? There was definitely a steady climb after the summer sessions, iirc.

    Cheaney Interview

Goes back to my post above... Does Travis Steele know something about Chris Mack's future? I think the carousel should get going this week
  24. https://basketballrecruiting.rivals.com/news/twitter-tuesday-ramey-s-future-fixing-pitt-iu-s-top-targets Q: Can you give the percentages on how realistic a Keion Brooks and Trayce Jackson-Davis class currently looks for IU? #TwitterTuesday A: The top state of Indiana junior prospects, Keion Brooks and Trayce Jackson-Davis, remain priority recruits for the first-year staff in Bloomington. Archie Miller has done a phenomenal job of making the Hoosiers a favorite for each as the chances of landing both sits around 60 percent. It would be a major, major shock if Indiana does not land at least one of the two. Practically the entire Big Ten has offered the top 50 prospects, as a slew of others outside of their Midwest locale have come calling. Brooks has been a heavily coveted name since stepping foot onto a high school playing floor. Indiana and Kentucky are the likeliest of landing spots for the 6-foot-7 forward with the Hoosiers having a slight upper hand. Jackson-Davis, the son of former NBA big man Dale Davis, has seen his stock soar in recent months. He has grown another inch and developed his skillset and athleticism to the point that he is evolving into a five-star prospect during our next ranking update. Indiana is the favorite here, too, as it may have an even better chance with the 6-foot-8 big man compared to Brooks.
