That’s on Woodson.  He said from the beginning he wanted an outside offense.  He dumped it inside the last two years because of TJD.  He and race are gone and we are playing the same damn thing.  
 
The best coaches adapt.  Woody did so last two years. This year not so much.  

That’s been his game the last 3 years though. He’s just not that guy on offense. He’s a role player. 

I don't have a prediction, but I will say that I am excited to see Woodson's offense with players that fit his style now. IU is an unknown to all media, fans, and opposing coaches now without TJD. Gunn, Ware, Sparks, Mack, Cupps, Banks, Walker.. a lot of talented unknown personnel as well. GO HOOSIERS

I am certain if we don't add more talent between now and next year we will be bad imo. Like really bad

Right, but when players are narrowing down their choices, he seems to be expanding them.  He's fishing for something.  

You know who complains about "cheaters"? The ones who aren't getting it done. Learn the game, play the game, be the best at the game.

Is cheating even a thing with NIL now? NIL is great for IU. Recruits can give coaches a number and they can meet that number within the rules. Isn't that basically how it goes?

If we are out on Knecht, well... There are other dudes we can absolutely get.
OR.... NOW STAY WITH ME...
This staff pulls their heads outta their ***** and we get some big time player development out of Banks and Gunn and don't need to worry.... Maybe.
Still need a backup point guard and a wing to be comfy though.

So there it is. No commitment today. 
 
Kind of embarrassing that our insiders get so excited about a recruit's visit going well that they convince fans a commitment is imminent. 

As I've said before, we can't afford a step back because you can lose momentum quick.  The staff has to knock the portal out of the park; Sparks isn't a bad piece but if he ends up being the best we get then no bueno.

This is our current roster. It’s a bottom of the conference kind of roster. Woody needs to knock the off-season out of the park and so far he hasn’t at all.

Unfortunately this is really big for Woodson. We are trending in the right direction but had a Archie recruit who unarguably is one of the greats in iu history Stat wise. Woodson coaching has been questionable at times. If we take a big step back that won't be good imo. Woody needs to bring in talent

Outside of JHS, I think the recruiting has been pretty “meh” so far in Woodson’s time. 
 
Looks like Indiana is in the race for 2024 and 2025 recruits, but we all know how patient Indiana fans are..

So far this portal deal has been disappointing. We really have to hit a grandslam this off season just to make the ncaa imo. So far with only sparks we have a infield fly

Hindsight is a powerful thing. Imagine the absolute meltdown of this board and the entire fanbase had we not even offered a 5-star in-state PG. Yikes.

Brother, if it were up to me... we'd play 12 dudes a night and press for 40 mins. 
I was just making a statement and saying..  we shouldn't key hole "how to be successful" theres many different routes to that path.
