This is pretty much in direct conflict with Glass' direction... improve the facilities, but settle for/relegate IUBB to mediocrity.

Another thing to consider is that 4 months is an eternity in the recruiting world... the chance of any help coming would be close to nil, even with Stevens named as "the guy".

How's the buyout structured? I know any income from a new job offsets the buyout, dollar for dollar, but assume that the $10M is paid out over time ... how much per year? In other words, how much does Archie need to be paid to completely cancel out the buyout? And what happens to the excess donated funds recovered by the new job offset??
