    CKW seems to have the team heading in the right direction. IMO he will need to get to 6 wins this year or next in order to keep his job. I really hope he can because I think he has the right mindset and is building a good program. The good new is even if he cannot the next coach will certainly have far more talent to work with than what CKW did at the beginning of his tenure.
