Hey, tonight’s win over Kenpom’s #8 catapulted the Hoosiers from 40 to.,...39.

Great win! I did my part by chewing arctic grape cube icebreakers all throughout the game!

I hope that this situation has help mature the players. On the broadcast today, they mentioned something about Smith getting benched in the second half of a game for his attitude. He then turned that attitude around and it’s seemingly clicking.

Maybe we had to go through the struggles to find out about this team and it’ll bond them together stronger than before.

I replied to someone on here a few weeks ago about teams not wanting to play IU in the BTT. This is the team that other teams don’t want to face in the tourney. A team that has a pg that can lock your point up on one end and orchestrate his offense on the other. A team that has not one but two options down low that can get buckets when they need it. Morgan is like the lightning on the low block that will use crafty moves to get a high percentage shot while Davis is the thunder that will roll right throw you.

Phin, Al, and Romeo will hit the occasional wide open three that you now have to start respecting. Add Green in there when he’s on.

This team might be more dangerous now after they gone through their struggles and are not just playing for a draft position but fighting for a tourney birth and each other. Sometimes you need to fall off the cliff to know you never want to be that close to the ledge again.

That is correct and we didn't offer DeVoe. He took it wrong but we told him we liked him and are continue to watch him. Archie hasn't spoken to him as of yesterday

I agree. I mean, I care about more than just turnovers but length/height is about the last thing I care about for my PG. I'm actually surprised to see that be such a big factor for people. Yogi was IU's best on ball defender at 5'11, he was quick and moved his feet. 
Position-less basketball is a thing 2-4, you can maybe stretch the 5. PG is still a position and a position that requires a skill set and acumen MOST CG's simply lack.
I need to see full games on any CG, as a rule, to decide if I'm comfortable for him being a PG. Hopefully, Archie is taking a long look if that's his plan.

Well if they have that problem they can just play faster. Problem solved. 

If we got this kid we could run some huge lineups out there. 
Hinton - 6'6
Hunter - 6'7
Smith/Anderson - 6'7
Morgan/Thompson/Moore - 6'8/6'8/6'10
Davis - 6'10
(Not predicting a starting lineup or anything, just thinking about different possibilities and the matchup problems we could create with a 6'6 pg.)

I think it is something like we take a PG now who will be a 4 year player, Hope for Romeo and if Garland falls to us great if not we have it covered

He is correct it's a non commitable offer right now. If we lose out on other PG's than that would change. I was under the impression that is what Phinisee had also but that has changed and he can commit at any time.

He later told Peegs that there's a chance he may make up his mind in August at the earliest. To me it seems he is worried about competition.

Dort has said he wants to finish things up soon. Garland & Brown are Spring guys, but if Romeo is really done w UK and Duke no need to wait till spring to see whose coming and going. KU, us & U of L's current players that are supposed to be back the following year won't change much. I see him popping by December honestly.

Kyle Kuzma looks like a crazy steal for LA. Dudes been shooting lights out the whole summer league.
