That's what's bugging me as well. Howland and MSU can get some kids excited no doubt, but winning out over a perennial top dog like Kansas not once, but twice, and in the conversation to lasso multiple more top 100 kids over traditional power Bball schools? Its just not normal.. I'm not saying there's cheating going on at MSU, that's just too knee jerk, but man would I love to know what the **** is coming out of Howland's mouth at these recruits. I'm confident that we still land Davis, but the taste in my mouth right now is not a sweet one. Was really hoping to land Kegler to plug the hole Troy will likely leave. I think we end up with a fantastic class in the end, but the lack of options behind Davis, Kegler, Brown is a concern.. And we need more than just a good class to be nationally relevant next year, we need a stellar class.

@insidethehall: Sure, Ben Howland can coach, but this is a program with no tradition, awful facilities and no fan support. Alex getting riled up a bit after Herard's commitment to MSU. I feel ya Alex, I feel ya.
