Self awareness isn't in his skillset.  

Because I don’t want the head coach of my favorite basketball team to be someone who gives piss poor effort and treats other people, including other people with IU athletics, like they’re beneath him. I want a coach I want to root for. That’s really not Mike Woodson.

I was even saying positive things the other night and that dude came after me like you wouldn't believe. Like since I thought Woody was terrible last season and should have been fired IMO I'm never allowed to root for IU again. I've seen it on here in the Indiana interest thread. You either follow blindly or you get ridiculed 

IU played against the top 5 picks in this year's draft: Caitlin Clark (Iowa), Cameron Brink (Stanford), Kamilla Cardoso (South Carolina), Rickea Jackson (Tennessee) and Jacy Sheldon (Ohio State). 

I struggle to take IDS seriously, that article didn't change that. 

They are student journalists. They are learning, even if they are trying very hard to be excellent.

It's an interesting situation.
My take?
Pres Whitten makes a very favorable impression, both in style and substance, every time I've heard her speak publicly; however, Unless you regularly interact with a leader it it very difficult to know, and pretty speculative to claim to understand whether that leader is irrevocably flawed.

I think NGW is Tyme and hoosiers7681 on X. That dude came at me hard on Saturday night bringing up a bunch of things I had said on here. I wasn't allowed to be a fan anymore of IU.
In the end, I was just celebrating the portal haul of Rice, Carlyle and Ballo

Maybe. Seems like at least the Cook portion of it is tied to Woody and Buckner. So what happens if they're gone next year? Or is it a one time thing regardless?  Nobody really knows.  Only that they've invested heavily in Woodson for another year.  
 
This isn't the pros where you have reoccurring revenue.  It's essentially time money every year.

I have a mixed feeling about getting Ballo.  The mixed feeling is an Old Fashioned made with bourbon. One year of eligibility and how will Reneau feel about that.  Enough to send me off the wagon, again.
I went to an AA meeting.  I asked about travel advice.  They said that was a question for AAA.  It was worth a shot.
A couple of weeks ago, got back from vacation visiting family in S. Diego, Palm Springs, Lake Havasu & Las Vegas.  So many breweries...so little time.  Saw a strange atmospheric (?) event early one evening in Palm Springs.  Huge, vaporous glow and trail streaking across the sky.  It was a Falcon 9 rocket.  Almost swore off drinking.

Yeah I’m avoiding the politics and trying to tell you directly I have specific inside info here and the idea it’s about politics and to be dismissive by going there is off, there’s a lot going on behind the scenes in the relations with faculty. That’s all I’m going to say.
