Let’s focus on next year. No point in talking about Woodson being gone after this season. It’s who we could lose in the 25 class not the 24.

I say it every time there is a possible coaching change. I’m grew up watching Bruce Pearl win at Southern Indiana. He is older but still has the enthusiasm as one much younger. He said IU was his dream job and he has plenty of connections to Indiana high schools. His past was a tad bumpy at times but all those rules have changed now. If we go looking for another coach I would have him in my top three. Most proven coaches will be unrealistic. I promise you he is better than anything we have had in a long time.

Is that how they lured James Battle in?

My worry is we start losing our Montverde Academy recruiting steam. Without that pipeline Woody would be up $hit creek in a hurry. I’m not ready to say fire him, but I’m concerned about the future of IU basketball if I am to judge this teams current state!

This dream is just not rational. No need to get that started again.

I would have told him as much as you want. Just play better than the next guy.

We may have to win the Big Ten tourney.

Good win. I almost wish Purdue was coming off a win but we should keep it close if we rebound and defend the perimeter. My biggest fear is foul trouble to our main 3 guys

It’s roster construction plain and simple. No excuse for missing on A good guard in the portal. You insert James Battle in this lineup and we are a 5 seed in March. Right now we are projected to miss tournament.

We ended up at Nicks cause my one boy said he doesn’t like thick crust pizza.

I had a family connection to the coaching staff. We’ve just never tried to use it. I haven’t been to a game since Romeo was there. I wasn’t an Archie Miller fan!

Took my family to the game. We were sitting with the band on the bleacher seats. We toured Cook hall , the weight room and locker room facilities . My kids met several players. Malik Reneau is such a great guy. Coaching staff and players took the time to get pictures and sign autographs with a smile. I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

Gunn, Banks, and Sparks really struggle. We really need Gunn or Banks to get better . Sparks is even farther behind.

We played well tonight. Love that we were hitting shots! We still have a lot to improve on, but it was at least fun to watch.IMO there is a gap after Walker in the rotation. Hopefully adding X back will be the missing piece to success. I watched two other teams win by 40 something so I’m not going to get unrealistic with where we are. It’s where we can be , that gives me hope.

I’m concerned with guys like Gunn and Banks and Sparks. Those three should be playing better by now. Walker filling his role , probably exceeding it. We need more help with Xavier out.

Not saying it won’t happen, but I’m to the point where I won’t even watch recruit videos till they sign.

I won’t allow me to believe anything else but Maryland and don’t care what Trilly, crystal balls or anyone else says lol.
