I like it better than what is currently in place. It would expand college basketball, while at the same time expanding the D-League in that there would be kids who would be seeking the ability to play professionally as quickly as possible. There is a reason that is one of the first things Silver spoke about after becoming Commissioner in the NBA.

He'd probably come out in support of the actions just to upset people and get people to tune in...... just kidding.... maybe -

Words can't even describe the feeling that went through my head when reading this. Wow is all I can say right now. That stuff is beyond disappointing if what was said is true. -

I'm probably a dick for even going here. But a week or two ago on the Crean replacement board there was a discussion about program stability and how firing Crean would hurt that. Well, just saying having all of these kids leave like they currently are isn't making for a very stable program. -
Leaving for the NBA....the facts and the myths...

Speaking of falling draft stock in the NBA, I'm kind of surprised no one has mentioned Josh McRoberts. His draft stock was super high following his freshman year at Duke, then plummeted, as did he to the second round, following his sophomore year. Again I'll never really understand how people are knocking kids for going and getting paid. There are plenty of risks to staying in college and playing the game -

I think that is the crap that bothers me more than anything else. The words "failed a drug test" have extremely negative connotations attached to it, and posting all the rumors about kids failing them rubs me the wrong way. If you can back it up great, but a lot of the time people just post it. -
The next time I see Hibbert lean on the defender 13-15 feet away from the basket while holding his hand in the air and act like he has good position I'm not going to have a TV anymore
-
Lets go find an assistant that is an expert on the offensive end of the court before the playoffs and have them install their system. I'd honestly trust it more in the playoffs then this crap
-
It is games like this that make me question GMs who say Hibbert should opt out next year and get 24 million a year on his next contract.

I want to see how much money he is being offered. Because bigger schools have probably come a calling and he has said no

Hm? I think this is meant to be addressed to other people, I've made no such statements. -

I'd like to apologize as well. I was probably one of the harder posters on you and the information you were putting out. -

What the heck is wrong with some of you guys. 99% of the time it is better to say nothing, but so often people feel like they need to take dumb little jabs here and there -
Oh, lol. I got really excited for a second

We need shooters as well, even though JBJ and Rojo will help to fill that area. He dramatically improved his three point shooting, 35% as a freshman to 42% as a sophomore, but more impressively that was while taking 2.4 more three pointers per game.
-
Was he a true sophomore this year? If so that would mean he could use his red-shirt next year then have two years of eligibility left.
-
6'3" according to ESPN. Edit: DraftExpress has him listed at 6'2".

Eron Harris, who has been mentioned by a couple of guys wouldn't be bad to look at him, though he wouldn't be eligible to play next season. I think he was a true sophomore this year, which means he could use his red-shirt in the year he would have to sit out, then have two years of eligibility here. -

Well good luck JH. Hoping you find the situation that best suits what you are looking for, even if it can't be here. -
Really looking forward to watching JBJ. Rojo too, though I could see him struggling a bit early in his career.

Ross will maybe be a second round pick if he is lucky. I mean if Thomas wasn't seen as worthy of anything higher than 58th pick in the draft I don't know what Ross is expecting in a more loaded Draft. Thomas was probably the better prospect in everything except potential. -

That wasn't directed at you. That was more directed at the people who act like him not showing emotion on the court was a detriment to his play. Or that it meant he didn't care. Some people aren't emotional players, not everyone is going to be like Vic, which seems to be some of the issue, people want the guy who is going to yell and scream on the court. Honestly this is a pet peeve of mine, it started with Watford when people were talking about how he didn't actually care because he didn't look like it on the outside. -

Ugh, people who comment on JH's demeanor on the court. I couldn't give a crap less what his demeanor on the court was, if he produced that was all that should matter. Granted he hasn't been terribly effective most of his career. But still not everyone has to be overly emotional on the court -

It isn't completely uncommon. The pure numbers don't look good, but this has been happening a lot all over college basketball, wait until all the transfers have been finalized this year and the number is going to be mind boggling. Last year's was as well
