  1. Has Jordan Hulls started his new job at IU yet? IU really needs him badly to teach the guys on this team how to shoot like they play for Indiana University. I just don't see how the team lives up to this level of pre-season hype if the whole team still can't shoot the ball again next year. I am loving the hype, but IU gets a lot of pre-season hype nearly every season, and often a lot of that talk is based on brand recognition and writers who like to suckup to the fanbase in the offseason to get IU fans to read articles when talk is cheap. I love that we are expected to be better next year, but the team's ceiling is lowered significantly if the team still can't shoot the ball. A lot of guys on this IU team need to get better at shooting in order to meet the lofty pre-season projections of sportswriters.

  2. we just got our @sses handed to us on national television by a college basketball team whose only black student on the roster is a walk-on. ok, I made that walk-on part up, but the rest is definitely true. they only have one black student on the whole team. in the most liberal city in america. and they just wrecked us. what happened?

I live in NorCal and get to at least one St Mary's game a year. Usually when Gonzaga is in town. They're a really fun team to watch. They play hard. They play smart. Well coached.

Never would think they'd run Indiana out of the gym in March, though. Ouch.

yep. but last big loss of the first season of our coaching staff and players. should be a good teaching moment to ponder all offseason. onward and upward.
