  1. I will say if you don’t do multiple TVs then it might not be the value that some of us make it out to be.   If you only have one Tv then more times then not you will probably watch the games on regular TV first however for some of us it’s nice to be able to have a tv or 2 streaming + while using the others to where you can flip back and forth with other games.    My biggest problem is I stream  from 3 TVs on Samsung TVs and the remote controls all of them so sometimes I try to switch one and it ends up switching them all.   Got to get up and point directly at each TV.  I’m sure there is an easier way but I haven’t found it yet

No cost workaround, place a sticky note over the receiver on the TV, this will reduce the ability of the passive IR receiver to make it a bit more directional. Find the angle in which you can aim to control only the number of TVs you’d like. I’ll sometimes scroll through the recent channel guide to find the game I want on TV2, aim to control only TV1, and then click “ok” or “enter” for both. Laziness is the greatest motivator for innovation.

  2. It’s convenient as the AD if you have the BOT or big donors to point to why you’re not good at your job. Just imagine if the money being pumped into the athletic department was used by competent people. Just like our basketball program we’re showing the ability to do less with more.

  3. We are slow to make decisions which makes it look like we play with little e and e but thinks it’s a solid combo of being extremely poor coach, lack of basketball IQ, and lacking some e and e.

Another tourney game we’re getting ran out of the gym against a team with a pulse. Shocked. Best win in any tourney in the Woody era?

  4. If you don't think I have been fully checked out by people on this board, by people at this university than I don't know what to tell you. Many members on this board know exactly what I do and where I work. I have even had a poster from this site come to my office.
But I have never gotten any info from anything I do with my job at IU.
You have some grudge or something against me or people here. We don't dislike you, I kind of like you for how you stand up for you feel is right. I like your loyalty to Coach. Just chill a little.
I don't know what is going to happen, I pass along what I hear. I've been wrong many times and each time I am it gets pointed out by Hornsby, Josh or Hoosier2017 or someone like that LOL.

Can confirm. I’ve stood in his office on the IU campus and know his backstory. No, I didn’t mean to end up in his office or go there to meet him. I think I might have put two and two together when I saw his desk name plate. He helped connect me with some people at IU when I needed too.

  5. Splendid message.  We are all people.  Yearning for safe, healthy, productive families and environs.
And then comes the will to power...

Absolutely, it’s amazing to hear people in foreign lands hoping we (the US) figure things out quickly so we can lead the right way. They understand their lives are better when the US is stable and leading. What caught me off guard was the ages and nationalities of the people saying this (young, old, Europeans, South Americans, and Asians)

I continue to be amazed at people learning English through movies, TV (Friends is by far the #1 I’ve heard) and music. Exporting culture through arts and sports is extremely important at maintaining status. If we can get our ducks in a row we have many who want to continue their support

  6. Remember when the success of JHS developing under Woody was going to get us guards to win?

Remember when TJD developing under Woody was going to get us dominant bigs to win?

Why haven’t we seen the results of this? We have a semi-retired coaching grandpa that didn’t have an inkling of understanding of what it takes to win in college (despite what the fanboys attempted to sell us).

Everything starts and ends with the head coach. If you took your crimson colored glasses off for a few minutes when Woody was hired you’d have seen this coming. Hard work beats talent when talent refuses to work hard. Woody has failed on the recruiting trail and on the court. Biggest reason.. lack of hard work.

  7. The problem is the fan base is so strong and supportive of the basketball program that I believe this all falls on deaf ears because no matter what, the Indiana faithful will always pack Assembly Hall. The University knows this.

The IU athletic clown show does a solid job with their “unseen” influence either through loyalist or useful idiots too. The athletic department would be in a much better place if they put in the work upfront as they do trying to clean shits up.

  8. Pumpers: At least things can’t get worse
    Woody: hold my Ensure

Stevens won’t have anything to do with this program (and hasn’t for awhile) despite what some “insiders” might feed you. Why would he ever want to leave a franchise that does it the right way to a college program that doesn’t know it’s @$$ from a hole in the ground.

Once you realize what has been going on for awhile the more entertaining it becomes in a “the real housewives of Medellin” kind of way. The few minutes I caught of the game today had me laughing.

  9. **** we ***** and whine a lot

    Woody doesn’t have it
The media doesn’t hate us for shits and gigs. Why would they give a **** to promote a dogshit program? It’s not some big conspiracy that the media hates us because RMK was here eons ago

IU administration hasn’t been concerned about Ws in athletics for awhile but they’ll sellout for $$$. I believe a certain high profile coach once said he wouldn’t coach at IU unless the admin changed. I wonder why..

Glad we have our basketball history from 30+ years ago

  10. I liked the intensity we played with in the first half with limited mistakes for us. If we played with that same intensity for the majority of the season we would be a tourney team despite the roster makeup. We still make some incredibly boneheaded mistakes and lost our minds for long stretches. That home court advantage is nice though
