  1. (This is something CCG and I talked about a long time ago. With everyone on this site following recruiting fairly closely, we thought it would be beneficial to have the conference recruiting in one place so you could better assess the conference/keep up with who got who/rank classes in conference . Feel free to contribute and I or a mod will edit the original post to keep this updated). Edit: My hope is you can scroll through here and see an up to date version of what's to come in the conference. IUBB @ Michigan - Tuesday, 12.05.23 @ 9:00 on Peacock TV

That was a big shot for my sanity.
  3. So this conversation is happening in a few different threads and I figured I'd consolidate it to one. If it continues in all the others, so be it. Obviously, this has a pretty big impact on the 2016-2017 Hoosiers. Does Troy leave or stay? X is that duuudeee

IUBB vs Penn State - 1/26/22 @ 8:30 on BTN

Honestly was a toss up, on one hand i'd miss this first rotation :)

    IUBB vs Michigan - 01/23/22 @ 3:30 on CBS

    Chair gives him fits
  7. So one real fatal flaw of this team has been closing out games on the road. I mean, Wisky (22pt lead) and Iowa (11? pt lead). And while this may not have been on the road, PU is a stronger team to my eye and by significant Kempom measures and IU was able to weather that storm. I'm not saying it translates apples to apples, but last night was a positive step towards what was a major issue.

(2023) - PG Miro Little to Baylor

    That's a home run OV
  9. Yeah, you give it to him at that point, imo. I know it worked out and all but really- Phin was in the right head space to drill that shot. Bumbled the first it looked like, wanted it (clean) again.
  10. Probably been said but you know Phinisee has dreamed of that shot. Wanted it, once, twice- bang. All matchup snafu's aside, speaks to the trust Woodson has in Galloway putting him on Ivey in the dire moments. X/Phin is an interesting combo in stretches, really showed they can defend on the perimeter despite possible height issues and always smart/pesky weakside post defense. Obviously, they got it done tonight on the offensive end and TAKE CARE OF THE BALL (O T/O: 4 steals) Truly a team win with TJD all but out- showed there are other parts of this team that were effective and could be potentially consistent. Potentially :) GOOOOO IU
  11. Pretty much copy and paste game in game out
  12. Incoming TJD foul, guess maybe he'll let him play
  13. I would maybe run Race and TJD separate. Neither guard Edey, let Geronimo/ Durr guard hard and absorb fouls if necessary
  14. I think that's right but honestly may play matchups vs Edey. TJD obviously, the none of Durr/Geronimo for Edey. Race and one of Durr/Geronimo for Edey
  15. Didn't read through this at all... Bad move: TJD on Edey- can't even give Painter credit, Woodson hand delivered that Great move: Pesky Galloway on frustrated Ivey All predictable results :)

  17. Good to be back, great to have IU basketball back. Let's goooooooooo!

    College Bball Thread

I'm rooting for them for betting purposes but still would take them over UM regardless. That UCLA slime was before my time but I've heard/read plenty about it. Plus, I love how JH has them playing ball. A blast to watch.

Mike Woodson and His Coaching Staff

Hunter first could help with Lewis...they've worked together @ Nebraska under Tim Miles

    Candidate Thread: Mike Woodson

Yeah, I mean it's too early to really tell. I do think once he gets his players- could be sooner than later w the portal- you'll see a shift to what I alluded to. But, like I said, that's kinda lazy.

    Candidate Thread: Mike Woodson

For an admittedly lazy, broad, comparison....you can watch the rest of this UM game, BAMA next and Ark (tomorrow) to see some similar philosophies on offense Woodson will likely bring
  22. SMDH. That's all I'll say before I try to find reasons to support the coach. Key now is hiring a staff with college bb experience. I see Lewis as a near must now.
