    @WarriorNation_1: The Lady Warriors improved to (15-2) on the season by picking up a big win last night @ Franklin Central, 70-39. Leading the way was @BeelerShaila (13pts, 9ast, 3stl), @ladywarriors6 (11pts, 5reb, 2stl), @KJaTalley2 (9pts, 6reb, 3stl) & Ellington (9pts, 4reb, 5stl). #WCFamily

    I know the Nebraska game was a tough blow for fans, but at least something positive can be reported here. Juwan finished the night with 17 points bringing his career point total to 1,111. This was good for moving him from #48 on the all-time scoring list to #43. He surpassed Daryl Thomas, Bobby Leonard, Joe Cook, Vernon Payne, and Marshall Strickland. He is now only 9 points from breaking into the top 40. He needs 5 points to pass Troy Williams, 7 points to pass Victor Oladipo, and 9 points to even up with Will Sheehey.

    So some concerns I’m having...

    The reason we are in that range is due to the amount of 3’s we shoot. We are selective for a reason. We are deadly at getting buckets at the rim. We don’t have the shooters or type of bigs needed to effectively free up our shooters. Your 34% is the whole season including cupcakes. We are making just over 7 3’s per game in the whole year. In B1G that is going way down. We are making 30.23% of our 3’s in conference (26/86). That includes PSU and NU. Just over 4 a game. The defenders in conference are longer and far more skilled. This is why we are dropping in metrics. We can’t shoot against skilled defenders. Hell Romeo is even shooting better in conference. It’s everyone else. From twitter, it seems Hurley and Haith jawed a little about each of them leaving the coach's box. Then they settled their differences like adults, but the refs came into the situation like spoiled brats and ejected both of them. Can we just start next season with new officials for every conference?

    Three programs have won NCAA titles in four different decades. Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina. That's sustained success that makes you a Blue Blood. Our recent history is admittedly garbage however.

    Have you seen the clip of Justin turning the ball over on the baseline then practically walking down the court after Nebraska fastbreak miss, and tip in? If there are no consequences for that, then you will lose the team. There has to be a punishment. He will still play but he needs to start out on the bench. Also with his dad bashing Archie on social media after the Michigan game, a message needs to be sent.

    I wouldn't worry so much about that. Score one for the good guys soon enough

    It has nothing to do with stories or watching old games. You're missing the context. The culture and tradition of this program goes back 100 years. For myriad reasons, that tradition has taken a beating since 1993....absolutely true. But, as this list shows, interest in the program itself is still elite regardless of the team on the floor. The program and the team are very different things. The list by itself doesn't say that, but the implication sure does. That's why it matters if we're lazy. Why it matters that we strayed from the "family." Why it matters that we recruit players who understand where they are. It has nothing at all to do with stories about 1976.

    How Indiana can continue to be outclassed by programs who can't compete in terms of fanbase, revenue, facilities, tradition, etc is just beyond me.. What is the disconnect? What is going on here? The more I think about my 30 years of fanhood, the amount of money I spend on IU gear and planning trips to games, game tickets, etc., the more angry I get. How as a "blueblood" is IU the ONLY team in the top 5 to have not won a Championship in the last 10 - 15 years? It's been 32!! And in that 32 years, there have only been a hand-full of legit contenders. Totally unacceptable.
